Items purchased from Glow Rose are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and not damaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Free Exchange (Within 7 Days)

We offer free size or product exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must pass our quality check before the exchange is approved.

Easy Returns

For Prepaid Orders – The refund will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product passes inspection.

For Cash on Delivery Orders – The refund will be sent to the bank account details provided by you at the time of initiating the return.

Important Note on Return Charges

A 6% handling and return deduction will be applied to all approved refunds to cover reverse shipping and processing costs.

Exchanging for a Different Product

If you choose to exchange your item for a different product, you can pay the difference (if higher in value), or receive a store credit/gift card for the remaining amount (if lower).
